Role & OpportunityAs a Director in the Consulting Go To Markets Team in PwC Ireland, you will collaborate with clients and cross functional teams to shape meaningful, people centred change across multiple industries. You will build trusted relationships, guide strategic opportunities through pursuit and business development activities, and empower teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. Your leadership will help clients navigate evolving market conditions, while contributing to a supportive and inclusive culture within PwC.
Examples of Transformation Projects- Transforming operations (planning, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, servicing)
- Improving operational performance amid challenging, evolving market conditions
- Optimising portfolio, including M&A/divestitures
- Developing ESG strategy and goals, and implementing operational plans to achieve them
- Accelerating value from modernising or migrating technology (e.g., cloud)
- Engage with stakeholders across organisations to understand challenges and shape solutions leveraging the PwC network.
- Identify, nurture and grow business development and pursuit activities across relevant sectors and priority client accounts.
- Drive industry led thought leadership and proposition development, building competency project teams for large scale, tech enabled and human led programmes.
- Partner with clients, proactively assisting in the management of multiple accounts.
- Participate actively in client or senior management discussions to gather data and understand issues.
- Facilitate working sessions of medium to large groups and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
- Demonstrable experience growing an industry capability, client impact, commercial outcomes and project delivery at a strategic and delivery level.
- Knowledge and proven record of success in technology enabled transformation programmes in back office areas such as Finance, HR, etc.
- Strong project management skills within a transformation context or similar complex project with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and innovative thinking, a solution design mindset, and experience leading multiple complex client projects.
