IFS P2P/EPC Functional Lead

*EPC P2P & IFS Functional Lead*

We are seeking an experienced EPC P2P & IFS Functional Lead to support a strategic ERP transformation.

This role requires strong domain expertise in EPC procurement and supply chain processes combined with functional experience in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) scope.

The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders, driving the future-state P2P operating model. This is a 3-month contract role with extension possibilities and its fully remote in EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process mapping and optimization.
• Conduct business workshops to gather requirements and identify gaps.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between IFS Apps10 and IFS Cloud.
• Provide functional expertise on IFS P2P capabilities and best practices.
• Design and document L1/L2/L3 process maps and future-state P2P blueprint.
• Advise stakeholders on process improvements and simplification opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution and technical teams to support ERP transformation roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid understanding of engineering-driven procurement and complex project supply chains.
• 3+ years hands-on IFS P2P experience (Apps10 and/or Cloud).
• Experience across Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, and AP.
• Proven fit-gap, workshop, and process design experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
