IFS / Mobile Work Order Platforms Trainers

IT Trainer - 10 weeks + ext. - Hybrid, Cannock

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Trainer to join them on a brand new IFS rollout.

The initial contract will be for 10 weeks and is to start 01/09/2026. This role will be on a hybrid basis.

IT Trainer - Key Requirements:

• Strong facilitation and classroom training experience
• Experience delivering systems, technology or operational process training
• Confident training field-based, operational or engineering workforces
• Ability to manage challenging conversations and resistance to change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Practical, engaging and adaptable training style
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
• Experience with ERP, mobile workforce or field-service systems advantageous
• IFS experience advantageous but not essential
• Engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field service or maintenance sector experience highly desirable
• Comfortable delivering face-to-face training in small workshop groups
