Stockton (Hybrid Working Available) Full-time Permanent

The Opportunity

A well-established and growing financial services firm is looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their supportive and collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services or insurance who is looking to further develop their career within a professional and client-focused environment.

You will play a key role in supporting Advisers and delivering an outstanding service to clients across investments, pensions, and protection.

The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Preparing client documentation for reviews and new business appointments
  • Producing reports, letters, and suitability documentation
  • Processing new business and servicing requests including withdrawals, contributions, and fund switches
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems in line with compliance requirements
  • Liaising with providers to gather information and progress cases
  • Supporting Advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up administration
  • Preparing illustrations, quotations, and product information
  • Assisting with ongoing client servicing throughout the year

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within financial services or insurance (essential)(e.g. IFA, wealth management, pensions, investments, or protection)
  • Experience in an administrative or client support role within a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection policies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience using financial services back-office systems (desirable)
