Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist financial advisers by preparing client documentation, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Client Interaction: Schedule client meetings, handle inbound queries with professionalism, and maintain a high standard of client communication.
  • Data Management: Keep client records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring all interactions are logged promptly in our CRM systems.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audit preparation and regulatory reporting, to uphold our firm's standards.
  • Financial Documentation: Support the creation of financial reports and the preparation of client reviews to aid in strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Prior role in financial services administration or a similar capacity, with a solid understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, GDPR).
