Trust Housing has a great opportunity for an experienced Cook at 20 Lochar Crescent, Pollok, Glasgow City G53 5NY. The role is a permanent part time contract, roughly 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning, ordering and preparing ingredients
• Work alongside a catering assistant to deliver daily meals
• Keep the kitchen organised and running efficiently, ensuring compliance with food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures

Working Hours & Pay

• 24 hours average, 3 days per week on a 2 week rolling rota (9.00 6.00pm, 1 hour unpaid break). Example rota:
  • Week 1 - Thursday and Friday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
• Competitive hourly rate of £14.04

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques will be an advantage
