Job Overview

Be the Architect of Change: Lead the Digital Transformation of Engineering Change Management at Stellantis

Stellantis is on a mission to transform how we manage complexity, innovation, and global collaboration. We're seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to play a pivotal role in reshaping our ICT ecosystem for Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes. This is more than a systems role-it's a strategic opportunity to drive business continuity and operational excellence across Stellantis' global engineering and manufacturing landscape.

Key responsibilities:

As a Change Management specialist, you will:

  • Define and Execute a Vision: Develop a clear and forward-looking strategy for the evolution of ECM and BOM systems, rooted in a strong understanding of Stellantis' legacy tools and informed by industry-leading best practices. Your vision will bridge current capabilities with future needs, ensuring a seamless and scalable transformation.
  • Unify the Ecosystem: Lead the federation of fragmented systems into a harmonized, scalable, and future-ready ICT architecture that supports global product development.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with engineering, IT, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Leverage Industry-Standard PLM Solutions: Lead the integration and deployment of out-of-the-box PLM tools to accelerate implementation, reduce customization overhead, and align with industry best practices. Ensure seamless interoperability with existing Stellantis systems while maximizing the value of vendor-supported capabilities.
  • Ensure Business Continuity: Safeguard the integrity of change processes, ensuring that every update to components, assemblies, and vehicles is traceable, accurate, and efficiently executed.




Qualifications and Skills:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an ICT Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), PLM, Change, and Release processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to excel in an ambiguous business environment.

• English level: B2
