IAM Solution Architect (Saviynt) - Remote

Hi All,
We are looking for a IAM Solution Architect (Saviynt) to support and enhance B2B/external customer onboarding processes for a major global client. This role focuses on analysing current onboarding challenges, designing improved technical flows, and ensuring a smooth, secure, and professional access experience for external users.

Scope:
This role blends technical architecture, process design, and stakeholder engagement. You will assess existing onboarding processes, propose optimized alternatives, and lead the technical implementation using Saviynt IAM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering requirements, advising on best practices, and designing granular access models for external customers.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

. Assess current B2B onboarding processes, identify pain points, and propose optimized alternatives.
. Proactively improve the technical design and implementation of Saviynt IAM for external customer access.
. Create technical concepts, workflow designs, and architecture documentation.
. Configure granular access levels, entitlements, and workflows for B2B environments.
. Engage with external customers and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
. Provide references and guidance based on prior IAM/Saviynt projects.
. Ensure a seamless, secure, and professional onboarding experience for external groups (eg, 10+ users).
. Collaborate across security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end success.

Qualifications:

. 5+ years' experience in IAM architecture, with hands-on Saviynt (EIC/IGA) expertise.
. Proven experience with B2B customer onboarding and external identity life cycle processes.
. Strong understanding of authentication/authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
. Experience documenting technical designs and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
. Comfortable working independently and interacting with senior technical and business partners.
