Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our Technology Team in Lisbon.

This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access control solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring high levels of security, regulatory compliance, and alignment with financial sector requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation and management of IAM solutions in Microsoft Azure
Advanced administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Configuration and management of:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Conditional Access
Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Hybrid identity management (Entra ID + on-premises Active Directory)
Implementation of RBAC models and Zero Trust principles
Integration of internal and external applications with Entra ID
Access monitoring, auditing, and compliance control (e.g., GDPR and internal banking policies)
Automation of IAM processes using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Terraform
Close collaboration with Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Risk & Compliance teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM
Solid hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Hybrid Active Directory environments
Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
Experience implementing security policies and access control in regulated environments
Fluency in English (mandatory)
