IAM Architect/Developer

IAM Developer and Architect needed in a Market Leading client proficient in Saviynt. This Fantastic opportunity will require experienced candidates to help end to end delivery of a new IAM initiative being rolled out globally.

Location: Remote

Contract length: 12 months+

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Start date: TBC

Rate: Competitive based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Saviynt-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in alignment with global security policies and business needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects including requirements gathering, architecture design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, HR, and business units) to integrate Saviynt with internal systems and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, and policies within the Saviynt platform.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and compliance of IAM solutions across global environments.
• Support user life cycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access reviews, and certification processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM tools, integrations, and processes.
• Stay current with IAM best practices, compliance requirements (eg, ISO, NIST), and emerging technologies.
• Document architecture, design decisions, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders and junior developers.

The Individual

• Completely proficient and comfortable using Saviynt for IAM implementation. Used Saviynt in delivery of previous projects.
• Proven experience delivering IAM projects using Saviynt (end-to-end implementation).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt platform configuration, customization, and integration.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, security governance, access control, and compliance frameworks.
• Able to operate independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
