Hygiene Operatives

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Hygiene Operatives to work at Elkes Biscuit Factory in Uttoxeter. This is a weekend role within a busy food manufacturing environment, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety across the site. Full training will be provided, including an induction before starting.

Hygiene Operative (Weekend)

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Hygiene Operatives to work at Elkes Biscuit Factory in Uttoxeter. This is a weekend role within a busy food manufacturing environment, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety across the site. Full training will be provided, including an induction before starting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise food production machinery and equipment
• Carry out deep cleaning of factory floors, walls and production areas
• Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to meet site standards
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment provided
• Ensure all work is completed in line with food safety, health and safety requirements
• Report any issues or maintenance concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• Must be available to work two 10-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday
• Able to attend a site induction before commencing work
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
• Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided
