Hygiene Operative, Lichfield, Staffordshire

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Operative to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF.
This purpose of this role is to clean the factory according to the cleaning instruction cards and to ensure tasks delegated by Hygiene Team Leader/Manager are completed to the required standard, and on time.
Working hours: 5 days out of 7 days
Main Responsibilities- To clean specific areas of the factory in accordance with the cleaning instruction cards and training.
- To clean specific areas of the factory in accordance with cleaning schedule.
- Ensure efficient use of water.
- Ensure all sensitive equipment is covered to avoid damage to lines/equipment.
- Ensure efficient and safe use of cleaning chemicals i.e. dosage.
- Ensure correct PPE is worn.
- Undertake appropriate refresher training as and when required - Chemical Awareness, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Manual Handling.
- Participate in all Health and Safety initiatives including Safety starts with me.
- Ensure full compliance with company Health and Safety, Food safety and Quality policies.
