Bring your skills as a Hydraulic EngineerYou will play a vital role in fluid mechanics on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects both at home and abroad.
We specialize in all aspects of fluid mechanics across sectors such as Water, Defence, Energy, Aviation, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases.
Opportunities are available in our Manchester, Leeds, Belfast, and Glasgow offices.
Your purpose:- Work in a team to undertake technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality output.
- Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
- Civil/Mechanical Engineering Degree, working towards Chartered status.
- Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- Knowledge of hydraulic design related to water/wastewater treatment plants, pipeline design, surge analysis, and familiarity with UK standards.
- Experience with industry-standard software such as HADES, VARISIM, and WANDA.
