Hybrid Youth Worker & Social Prescriber (Dorset)

No Limits, the leading youth services charity in Southampton, seeks a dedicated Youth Worker to join the Dorset team as a Social Prescriber. You will connect with children and young people aged 11-25, linking them to specialist services and community supports via 1-2-1 Social Prescribing and brief interventions.

The role blends community work with hospital-linked support across Dorset and Hampshire, with hybrid working: one day in Dorset Hospitals, four days remote, and training/monthly meetings
