Hybrid VP, Data Privacy & Commercial Contracts

Mizuho EMEA is seeking a Vice President Legal Counsel specializing in Data Privacy and Commercial Contracts to support the London-based legal function across UK/EMEA. You will lead data protection initiatives, advise on cross-border transfers, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will manage a small team, liaise with external counsel when needed, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
