Hybrid UK Payroll Lead - Compliance & Optimization

Kinisla Group seeks an experienced Payroll Professional to govern in-house and outsourced UK payroll across weekly and monthly cycles. The role is home-based with travel to UK, NI and Southern Ireland sites as required, reporting to the HR Director.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll delivery, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements in payroll processes and vendor performance. A payroll qualification and 5+ years' experience are preferred.
