Hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner: Healthcare Recruitment

Mowlam Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, source and recruit Healthcare Assistants across the organisation. Based in the Limerick area with hybrid work post-induction, you will partner with Directors of Nursing and leaders to ensure we meet staffing needs and deliver excellent care.

You will drive workforce planning, build pipelines, and manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on candidate experience and data-driven improvement.
