Hybrid Supported Living Advisor for Independent Living

Bracknell Forest Council is recruiting a Supported Living Advisor to support individuals in the community, helping them sustain tenancies and access resources. The role involves providing tailored social and housing-related support, working with partners, and using your initiative to manage risks and empower independence.

The post is full-time at 37 hours per week, with alternate weekends and a temporary contract.
