Hybrid Strategic GTM Leader - Revenue & Enablement

Equals Group PLC is seeking a Strategy & GTM Lead to define where and how we win commercially. You will set the commercial direction, ensure the sales team is equipped to deliver it, and lead the function through a period of significant change at pace.

You will carry the commercial strategy agenda, build playbooks and certification, and drive adoption of enablement assets across the revenue organization. This senior role reports to the SVP Commercial Strategy.
