Hybrid Strategic Account Director, Medical Communications

Oxford PharmaGenesis is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Patient Engagement Team (PET), drive business development, and champion best practice across projects including publications, meetings, and bespoke patient initiatives.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage budgets and resources across multiple accounts, foster trusted client relationships, and contribute to proposals and account direction while mentoring colleagues.
