Hybrid Social Worker - Adult & Older People Care

Opus People Solutions is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Community Older People Team in Solihull, West Midlands. Hybrid role with one day per week in the office and the rest from home, 37 hours per week, maternity cover for an initial 3-month contract.

You will perform Care Act assessments, care management, safeguarding, and court-related work while coordinating with health professionals and families to promote independence and wellbeing for older adults.
