Hybrid Senior Procurement Lead, Highways & Public Contracts

A public sector organization in the South West is seeking a motivated Senior Procurement Officer - Highways to lead urgent and complex procurements. This role will manage contracts related to school and public transport, as well as operational highway contracts. The candidate should have proven public sector procurement experience and strong knowledge of UK legislation. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week on-site presence, offering £500/day via umbrella inside IR35 for an initial duration of 3-6 months.
