Job Description

West Sussex County Council is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Children's Services Data and Performance Team in County Hall, Chichester. The role combines data management, analysis and reporting to support statutory, strategic and operational needs, with hybrid working (2 days in the office).

Responsibilities include collecting and analysing data from multiple sources, creating dashboards in Power BI, and delivering regular performance reports to senior staff and partner
