Hybrid Senior Associate, Future Energy M&A Leader

TLT is seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join the Corporate Future Energy team. The role involves leading on transactions, advising renewable energy clients across wind, solar, storage and related technologies, and supervising junior lawyers within a tightly integrated team.

You will work on national and international mid-market M&A, JV and cooperation agreements, supported by a renowned energy practice with broad sector coverage and strong client relationships.
