Hybrid Sales & Customer Care Advisor

Baxi is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Advisor in Warwick for a fixed-term 5-month contract. You will handle calls, respond to enquiries, arrange service visits and coordinate with engineers to deliver a first-class customer experience.

This 30-hour-per-week role is 8am-2pm, Monday-Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota, 50% office-based and 50% remote. Training at the Warwick office and career growth within BDR Thermea Group.
