Hybrid Retail Property Acquisition Lead

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Property Acquisition Manager to drive the national expansion by sourcing prime retail, leisure and food-to-go sites. You will lead site appraisals, negotiate terms and manage the existing estate with the support of the MD/Founder.

The role requires hands-on deal making, excellent negotiation and robust financial appraisal skills, with travel across the UK 3-4 days per week. Hybrid working available, with 1-2 days in the office.
