Hybrid Residential Lettings Property Manager

BCT Resourcing is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the residential lettings team across a portfolio of properties. You will manage maintenance, compliance and daily issues for landlords, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring timely and professional service.

The role offers predominantly home-based work after probation, with some days at the Head Office near Chelmsford or a local branch. Excellent training and career progression await.
