Hybrid Property Survey Booking Agent

Rentokil Initial is seeking 3 Property Survey Booking Agents for its UK contact centre. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, book property surveys, explain services and collect survey fees at booking. The role is not a typical call centre; we value honesty, approachability and customer-focused service.

You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, using inhouse systems to log enquiries and coordinate dates with operations. Hybrid working is available.
