Hybrid Property Standards & Empty Homes Officer - 2-Month

Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking a seasoned Property Standards & Empty Homes Officer on a 2 month contract to lead housing standards projects across private rentals, owner-occupied homes, HMOs and empty properties.

You will carry out inspections, handle complaints, enforce housing laws, and liaise with landlords, tenants and partner agencies to improve living conditions in Esher and surrounding areas.
