Hybrid Project & Property Lead - Maintenance & Regeneration

North Somerset Council is seeking a dedicated Project Technical Lead to join our Projects & Property Team. You will oversee regeneration and maintenance projects, asset management, and ensure compliance with statutory building guidance across the council's property portfolio.

The role supports the Senior Technical Manager to deliver sustainable, low carbon growth in line with the Corporate Plan, while leading on condition surveys, budgets, and project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
