Hybrid Planning Enforcement Team Lead

Carrington West is assisting a North of England local authority in recruiting a Planning Enforcement Team Leader on an initial 6 month contract (then rolling). The role leads the enforcement of planning control, supervises a team, and shapes the Local Enforcement Plan in line with council priorities.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on breaches, oversee investigations, and coordinate with other services to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.
