Hybrid Pet Insurance Customer Care Advisor

Agria Pet Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in a hybrid role. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, ensure high service standards, and promote our brand.

The role starts 21st September with a two-week in-office induction; attend the Aylesbury office every Wednesday. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift, plus 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, 9:00am-1:00pm.
