Hybrid People Business Partner (UK & APAC)

Thrive is hiring a People Business Partner based in the UK, working in the London office 1-2 days/week. This role will support managers and empower employees across the UK and APAC. You'll lead people initiatives that enhance engagement and culture. Key responsibilities include advising leaders, facilitating talent programs, and delivering essential HR processes. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. Work includes collaboration with a global, diverse workforce. Additional travel to other UK offices may be required.
