Hybrid Payroll Assistant - Flexible Hours & Growth

TC Group is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support a diverse client portfolio across seven Scottish offices. The role offers hybrid and flexible working after probation, with 20-35 hours per week and a salary on a pro rata basis. Part-time or full-time considered.

The successful candidate will process payrolls across weekly to monthly cycles, maintain data accuracy, support pension administration and HMRC compliance, and deliver excellent client service within a collaborative team.
