Job Description
LEGO Group is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Advisor to support fans during the peak season. You will respond in English and Italian, engage with customers by phone and email, and help with orders, returns, and product information.
Training is provided, and the role offers a hybrid schedule with home work up to three days per week after training. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 January 2027, starting 28 September 2026, with a discretionary bonus up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits
