Hybrid Motor Claims Specialist

AXA Group in Bolton is seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join our Commercial Claims team. You will manage a portfolio of motor claims, investigate outcomes, communicate decisions, and work to settle claims cost-effectively in a busy, customer facing environment.

The role is full-time with a hybrid work model; 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with 40% of time at home and increasing to 60% from December 2026. Training is provided onsite at Bolton, followed by a flexible second day.
