Hybrid Locum: Mental Health Social Worker - Shrewsbury

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd are seeking a Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team in Shrewsbury for a three-month locum contract. You will work 37 hours per week at £28.40 per hour, with hybrid working options and the aim of supporting timely hospital discharges and complex caseloads.

You will carry out statutory duties under The Care Act, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act, collaborating across services to deliver safe, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs.
