Hybrid Live Events Customer Service Specialist

Hyve Group's Bett team is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join on a fixed-term basis from August to January. The role combines office-based support with hands-on event delivery during Bett, our global education technology event in London.

You will handle exhibitor and visitor inquiries, assist with registration and logistics, and help ensure a welcoming, professional experience for all attendees. Strong English, Microsoft Office skills and calm under pressure are essential.
