Hybrid Life Claims Specialist & Mentor (Remote)

Vitality is seeking a Claims Assessor Specialist to evaluate Life Cover, Terminal Illness, and Critical Illness claims in line with UK best practice. The role is primarily home-based with occasional office attendance at Vitality locations in Stockport, Bournemouth or London.

You will assess claim validity, collaborate with underwriters and reinsurers, and coach junior team members while maintaining high standards of written and verbal communication.
