This hybrid role offers exposure to high-value lending transactions and commercially focused advice, working alongside senior stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

You will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with Banking & Finance experience, strong knowledge of LMA documentation, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to build robust
