Hybrid Junior Merchandiser: Seasonal Ranges Planner

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is recruiting a Junior Merchandiser to join our Buying & Merchandising team at the Lasswade Central Support Office. You will take ownership of a Seasonal Ranges department, plan stock, drive sales and margin, and lead a team of Allocators in a hybrid working environment.

You'll work closely with the Buyer to plan ranges, manage stock and orders, hit targets, and develop our Allocators, applying best-practice processes across the business.
