Hybrid HR Partner - Employee Services (Edinburgh)

Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking an HR Employee Partner for our Edinburgh hybrid office. You will provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and processes, supporting leaders and employees across the UK region.

The role involves Workday usage, collaboration with HR COEs, and ongoing process improvements. Ideal candidates will have a Degree in HR, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with HRIS systems.
