Hybrid HR Officer - Data-Driven People Champion

Angling Direct is seeking an HR Officer to support the HR team across stores, Head Office and warehouse teams. The role focuses on employee relations, absence management, HR system projects and creating a positive employee experience.

Hybrid working from our Norwich head office and stores is available, with a salary from £29,000 per year. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, data focus, and be comfortable working with managers on routine people matters in line with policy.
