Hybrid HR Generalist - Change & Engagement Leader

A leading HR consultancy based in South East London is looking for an HR Generalist to support their growth during a significant transition. The role includes providing employee relations advice, improving HR policies, and delivering engagement initiatives. Candidates should have 3-5 years of generalist HR experience, be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards it, and possess strong MS Excel skills. This position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote.
