Hybrid HR Category Manager - Strategic Procurement Lead

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Category Manager - HR to lead procurement strategies within the HR spend category and manage tendering, negotiations and contract management at a senior level. The role is hybrid with London-based presence at 25 Copthall Avenue and on-site requirement of at least 3 days per week.

Salary ranges from 58,000 to 66,000 GBP per year, plus benefits. You will develop multi-year HR category strategies, mentor procurement staff, and ensure governance and compliance across
