Hybrid HR Business Partner Galway

SOTI is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with managers across the business in Galway, Ireland. The role focuses on employee relations, policy development, and driving organisational change in a hybrid work environment.

You will work closely with legal teams on employment matters, coach managers, and contribute to culture, talent strategy and employer branding initiatives. A strong HRIS background, especially Workday, is preferred.
