Hybrid HR Advisor Policy, Onboarding & Engagement

K3 Advisory Group is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a wide range of HR services across the organisation. Based in Bolton, the role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, providing first-line support on HR queries, onboarding new employees and helping to implement HR policies.

The position offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, and you will work with the People team to support employee relations and HR processes.
