Hybrid HR Advisor (16 hrs) - People & Culture

The University of Derby is seeking an HR Advisor to provide first-line HR guidance and support to managers, handling casework and delivering proactive, flexible HR solutions. Working within a collaborative HR Business Partnering Team, you will strengthen employee relations through coaching and practical guidance in a large, complex environment.

You will bring current knowledge of employment law, HR generalist experience, and the ability to design and deliver training or coaching sessions.
