Hybrid HR Advisor - Onboarding & Employee Experience

Cpl Healthcare is assisting a technology client in Dublin West with an HR Advisor role on an 11-month contract. The successful candidate will manage the full employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, with hybrid working: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

Key duties include responding to HR queries, maintaining records, administering leave and benefits, onboarding support, coaching managers on policies, stakeholder engagement, and participating in projects.
