Hybrid HR Admin Team Lead: Drive Excellence

Biffa Waste Services is recruiting an HR Administration Team Leader in High Wycombe, operating in a hybrid pattern. You will lead the HR Administration team, handling complex employee matters and partnering with Employee Services and operations to improve service delivery.

You will leverage Dayforce, ServiceNow HRSD, Visio and Excel to optimise processes, drive performance, and enhance the end-to-end employee experience while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.
